Privacy Policy

Your account email and authentication data; the load plans, custom presets and cargo photos you choose to save; and your payment status (whether a subscription is active). Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Photos you attach are stored with your saved presets so they can be rendered on your 3D load. When AI capture runs, the photo is sent to Anthropic's API to generate dimension and stacking estimates. Under Anthropic's API terms, that content is not used to train models.

We use essential session and authentication storage only — enough to keep you signed in and to remember display preferences such as your kg/lb toggle. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We record a small set of first-party product events — page views, which mode you open, which buttons are used, and whether a sign-up or save succeeded — to understand how the planner is used. It is cookieless: a random session identifier is held in your tab's session storage and is discarded when you close the tab, so visits are never linked together or across sites. We never store your email, IP address, account identifier, cargo data or any text you type in these events, and we never share or sell them. Aggregates are visible only to the site owner. Events are retained for up to 12 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded at all.

Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI photo analysis) and Lovable (hosting and basic visit analytics). Each processes only the data needed for its function.

We keep your account data and saved plans while your account is active, so your work is there when you come back.

You can delete your account yourself in Account settings inside the planner — that removes your saved plans, presets, custom equipment, branding and account record, and revokes any read-only share links you created so they stop opening. You can also email support@containerloadplanner.com and we will do it for you.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@containerloadplanner.com.

The service is a professional freight tool and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Updates are reflected in the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
